In this week 4 more trainees came in Incredible India for the project GAIA. 4 beautiful and smart chinese girls! We introduced ourselves, made team-building, had a lot of fun and work as well.
Currently we implemented 5 elements of Global learning Environment: self-discovery, learning circles, seminars and conferences, virtual spaces, team experience. We prepared special learning log for our organizing committee and trainees, which is supposed to help them in the learning process (general AIESEC knowledge, project details, planning, sharing thoughts, feedback, developing competencies and skills). After the project realization these workbooks will be signed by NGOs (it will be like Case Study after the internship).

hey about trainees all the trainees are really cool and hard working , i am very happy to be with them because they understand me n the project well ,so i think thats the plus point for the success of the project
